No, and we will not imply otherwise. TFUCare is an independent patient-service company. We are not a hospital's agent, we hold no exclusive agreement, and nothing on this site should be read as an official endorsement by any hospital. What we do have is working familiarity with the international patient pathway at the hospitals we list — we know how their pre-review works, who to contact, and how long each step realistically takes. If we ever sign a formal partnership, we will say so explicitly on this page rather than letting you infer it.

Every entry is compiled from the hospital's own published material — official websites, on-site display boards and public ranking tables — and each one carries the date it was last checked. Where we cite a ranking we link to the source so you can verify it yourself rather than taking our word for it. Where we cannot verify something, we leave it out instead of guessing. If you find an error in this directory, tell us and we will correct it and note the correction.

Because we would rather list one hospital we genuinely know than twenty we copied from a directory. Our starting point is West China Hospital: it is the strongest single-site hospital in southwest China, it has a dedicated international department with a mature pathway for foreign patients, and we know that pathway in operational detail. We are actively verifying further hospitals in Chengdu and other cities, and each will be added only once we have confirmed its international pathway ourselves. A short, honest directory beats a long, unverified one.

We can request a specific department or specialist, and the hospital decides. No coordinator can guarantee a named surgeon — the treating hospital confirms the operating list after it accepts your case, and that confirmation comes in writing. This matters because a common failure in this industry is showing a patient a famous doctor's profile and then quietly assigning someone else on the day. We would rather tell you honestly that the surgeon is confirmed once, in writing, before you fly.
