TFUCare
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-12
Nature of our services
- TFUCare is an independent cross-border patient-service company. We are not a medical institution and we do not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
- All medical care is delivered by licensed hospitals and physicians that you choose. Medical decisions rest with you and your treating doctors.
- We are not a hospital's agent, and we do not act as your agent in medical matters.
- Travel products are arranged through licensed providers.
Scope and quotes
- Services include records translation, appointment coordination, remote consultation arrangement, visa documentation guidance, airport pickup and travel, bilingual accompaniment, post-treatment follow-up and check-up coordination.
- The initial case review is free. A written service quote is provided before any engagement begins.
- Medical fees are paid by you directly to hospitals. TFUCare never handles treatment funds.
- Third-party costs (hospital, airline, hotel, insurer) are governed by those providers' own terms.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee that any hospital will accept your case, or that any treatment will be available on any particular date.
- We do not guarantee any medical outcome. Nobody can.
- We do not guarantee visa issuance — that is a decision of the relevant Chinese authorities.
- Information on this website is provided for reference only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a quotation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete medical and personal information.
- Arrange your own passport and travel documents, and comply with Chinese and home-country law and hospital rules.
- Follow the treatment plan agreed with your treating physicians.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change.
Cancellation and refunds
- Refund amounts and conditions are set out in full under Refund terms on the pricing page, including the case where the hospital does not accept your case. In summary: full refund before we contact any hospital; after that the contacted work is retained; medical or travel emergencies are reviewed case by case. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Third-party costs follow those providers' own policies.
- Unused portions of our service may be refunded by agreement.
Limitation of liability
- TFUCare is not liable for medical outcomes or medical negligence — those are the responsibility of the medical providers.
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations by third-party services, or for force majeure.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property and governing law
- Site content and marks belong to TFUCare.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- If a dispute arises, both sides agree to raise it in writing first and to allow 30 days for good-faith negotiation, and then to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before either side starts proceedings. Where a patient is outside China, we will not object to proceedings being brought in the patient’s country of residence where that country’s law permits it.
